Senior Software Engineer (PHP/ Laravel)

We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer (Laravel) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Laravel and should have experience with JavaScript frameworks and tools.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience working with PHP and Laravel.
  • Expert-level understanding of Laravel.
  • Experience with relational and document databases.
  • Hands-on experience in PHPUnit.
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code following SOLID principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with the Livewire framework (or readiness to learn it).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience building and using API’s.
  • Experience with Vue.js – Working knowledge of Docker for local development.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Experience using message brokers.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable solutions using Laravel/PHP.
  • Collaborate with a development team and stakeholders.
  • Participate in estimation/planning work.
  • Develop software solutions that are high-quality and efficient.
