Middle+ Software Engineer (Back End/Full Stack) at Honeytech

ABOUT THE PROJECT

We are looking for a Software Engineer who knows how to make the code efficient, solutions scalable, and the system stable.
Work with modern technologies and change the market with us! We have created a platform with comics in the Asian style and have already become № 1 in our niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics – in just a few years we have gathered 15+ million users and are rapidly scaling up.
We have already challenged giants from South Korea and proved that we can build a world-class product from Ukraine! Now we are looking for a Middle+ Software Engineer (Back End/Full Stack) to help us develop the platform and implement innovations.

REQUIREMENTS

– Experience in PHP from 3+ years.
– Deep expertise in Symfony 6+.
– Experience in server-side development in Python or Go.
– Front End development skills (HTML, CSS, JS).
– Understanding the principles of Docker.
– Practical experience with AWS (RDS, S3, Redis).
– Confident knowledge of SQL and the ability to optimize queries.
– Experience in event-driven solutions.
– Experience in high-load projects and Kafka will be a plus.
– Ability to work in a team and share expertise.
– Experience working in small and large product teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Development of new features and optimization of service performance.
– Scaling the platform and preparing it for high loads.
– Improving project architecture to ensure stable growth.
– Collaboration with DevOps and analysts to ensure quality technical development.
– Implementation of best practices in code and teamwork.
