REQUIREMENTS

– 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager
– Strong understanding of the outsourcing model and adapting product solutions to client needs
– Experience with product lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management
– Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging clients and internal teams
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple product solutions simultaneously
– Advanced level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Collaborate with the sales team during pre-sales to understand client requirements, define product solutions, and craft compelling proposals
– Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into product solutions aligned with client goals
– Gather and document client feedback to refine proposals and tailor solutions
– Assist in negotiating project scopes and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet business expectations
– Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on client needs and business value
– Translate business requirements into user stories and product specifications for development teams
– Work with technical teams to assess feasibility and resource needs for proposed solutions
– Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff after pre-sales, with all product details transitioned for execution
– Contribute to delivery strategy development, ensuring product solutions are scalable and implementable
