ABOUT THE PROJECT

REQUIREMENTS
– Excellent spoken and written English;
– Russian skills;
– Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with strong ownership mentality;
– Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or platform-based solutions;
– Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and build strategic partnerships;
– Demonstrated success in managing and closing high-value (Tier 1) clients;
– Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills;
– Willingness to travel internationally, sometimes on short notice;
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is considered a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Identify and develop new business opportunities across the CIS region to introduce and sell PartnerMatrix products and services;
– Engage, present, and educate prospective clients on PartnerMatrix’s full product and solution portfolio;
– Drive regional sales growth by working across the entire product suite in line with company priorities;
– Lead commercial discussions, negotiate offers, and close contracts with new and existing clients;
– Contribute to the development and refinement of go-to-market strategies and value propositions for the CIS region;
– Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and partners, ensuring all activities are accurately tracked in the CRM;
– Report directly to the Commercial Director contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making;
– Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Technical, Legal, and Support teams to ensure successful deal execution;
– Represent PartnerMatrix at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities when required;
– Stay informed about regional market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscape relevant to the product portfolio.
