REQUIREMENTS

– 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
– Strong practical experience with Agile methodologies
– Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
– Solid experience in scope, timeline, and risk management
– Experience in people management
– Strong progress monitoring and reporting skills
– English level C1 or higher
– Experience as a Business Analyst (pluss)
– Technical background or prior technical career (pluss)
– Certifications or courses related to AI / ML (pluss)
– Hands-on experience with AI / ML projects and understanding of their specifics (pluss)
– Data visualization skills: creating mockups, wireframes, use-case diagrams, and prototypes (pluss)

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Manage projects using Agile methodologies from initiation to delivery
– Own project scope, timelines, risks, and overall delivery
– Monitor progress, identify risks and blockers, and ensure timely resolution
– Manage and engage stakeholders, aligning expectations throughout the project lifecycle
– Lead and coordinate project teams, providing guidance and resolving challenges
– Prepare regular status updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders
– Ensure high-quality and on-time project delivery
