ABOUT THE PROJECT

AMO Publishing is an international IT company creating stories that resonate. Our flagship product AmoMama is one of the largest online tabloids, reaching over 40 million readers monthly in the USA and Western Europe.

REQUIREMENTS

– Experience as a User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer for 1 year or more.
– Practical experience with TikTok as the primary traffic source for at least 3 months.
– Experience managing large advertising budgets (preferably budgets starting from $100K/month).
– Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROI, ROMI, CPA, CTR, CPM, LTV).
– Proven successful cases.
– Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
– Independence, initiative, and readiness to take responsibility for results.
– English proficiency at least at B1+ level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Adaptation of existing Facebook connections to TikTok specifics (formats, creatives, testing logic).
– Full launch of new traffic sources and management of TikTok Ads campaigns.
– Daily monitoring and deep-dive performance analytics; quick optimization.
– Scaling successful campaigns while maintaining financial KPIs.
– Creative coordination: briefing designers/AI, testing logic and iteration cycles.
– Collaboration with the team: sharing insights from analytics, providing clear feedback on connections and funnels for further improvement of results.
