ABOUT THE PROJECT
AMO Publishing is an international IT company creating stories that truly resonate. Our flagship product, AmoMama, reaches over 40 million readers monthly in the USA and Western Europe.
REQUIREMENTS
– Experience as a User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer for at least 1 year.
– Practical experience with Taboola as primary traffic source for at least 3 months.
– Experience managing large advertising budgets, preferably from $50K/month.
– Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROI, ROMI, CPA, CTR, CPM, LTV).
– Availability of successful case studies that brought results.
– Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
– Independence, initiative, and readiness to take responsibility for results.
– English level from B1+.
– Practical experience with Taboola as primary traffic source for at least 3 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Launch and scale Taboola as a profitable traffic source based on verified Facebook connections and funnels.
– Adapt verified Facebook connections for Taboola (headlines, thumbnails, descriptions, landing pages).
– Full launch and management of campaigns in Taboola (campaigns, targeting, bidding, placement optimization).
– Daily monitoring and deep-dive performance analytics; rapid optimization.
– Scale working campaigns while maintaining financial KPIs.
– Creative coordination: briefing, testing logic, landing control.
– Collaboration with the team: sharing analytics insights, providing clear feedback on connections and funnels for further improvement of results.
– Adapt verified Facebook connections for Taboola (headlines, thumbnails, descriptions, landing pages).
– Full launch and management of campaigns in Taboola (campaigns, targeting, bidding, placement optimization).
– Daily monitoring and deep-dive performance analytics; rapid optimization.
– Scale working campaigns while maintaining financial KPIs.
