Payment Manager at Honeytech

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has created a platform with comics in Asian style and has become number 1 in its niche!

REQUIREMENTS

– 2+ years of experience in product IT as Payment Manager or similar role.
– Understanding of payment mechanics and card acquiring (Visa/Mastercard).
– Experience with payment providers, banks, and PSP, negotiation skills.
– Proficient in Excel and English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.
– Ability to work with data: collection, processing, transformation, analysis, visualization (SQL/Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus.
– Knowledge of A/B testing methods and their application is a plus.
– Experience in regulatory compliance and security is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Monitoring, analysis, and improvement of payment infrastructure.
– Management of key metrics (approve rate, fraud rate, chargeback rate, etc.) and their optimization.
– Development of payment ecosystem: implementing new payment methods, coordinating technical integrations.
– Interaction with payment partners: preparing reports, processing requirements, reviewing and optimizing fees.
– Billing support and operational resolution of payment incidents.
– Ensuring compliance of payment processes with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
