ABOUT THE PROJECT
Softermii is an outsourcing/outstaffing company with over 11 years of experience in web and mobile application development. We have secured sustainable development processes during multiple challenges including the COVID-19 pandemic and war aggression against Ukraine. Our company is constantly growing with a portfolio that includes projects in Healthcare, Real Estate, Livestream E-commerce, Fintech, and Real Time Communications. We also develop our own solutions for video calls and 3D visualization for real estate.
REQUIREMENTS
– 1+ year of commercial experience as Project Manager in outsourcing/outstaffing company.
– Advanced English level.
– Experience with project management methodologies, preferably Agile.
– Understanding of web development best practices and quality assurance processes.
– Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
– Ability to say “No” to clients.
– Analytical and problem-solving skills for project assessment.
– Ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
– Experience in project crisis management.
– Theoretical and practical knowledge: Scrum, Kanban, Estimation techniques, Budget Management, Timeline Management, Scope Management, Progress Tracking, Staff Management, Client Management, Change Management, Risk management.
– Testing theory, Deployment Management knowledge, Pre-sales experience is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Handle projects within budget/scope/time/quality constraints.
– Provide client and internal reporting for main project KPIs.
– Ensure estimates take into account risks and appropriate contingency.
– Assist in resourcing decisions.
– Keep knowledge of project management up to date.
– Efficiently manage workload.
– Assist in critical support issues.
– Share knowledge and insights.
– Contribute to discussions on internal process improvements.
