UI/UX Designer (Wellness) at Brainstack

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Brainstack is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer for our wellness product, with opportunities for impact and growth.

REQUIREMENTS

– 2+ years of commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer in product teams (web and mobile).
– A relevant portfolio showcasing real product cases.
– Understanding of user journey principles.
– Experience with responsive web design and mobile interfaces (iOS / Android).
– Proficiency in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, design systems).
– Understanding of UX analytics and A/B testing.
– Ability to work with user feedback and product metrics.
– Detail-oriented, especially concerning microinteractions and animations.
– Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.
– English at an Intermediate level or higher.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Work with the complete user journey from web funnel to mobile app activation and regular use.
– Optimize the design of payment pages to increase conversions.
– Design post-purchase experience, including upsells and integration with mobile platforms.
– Develop onboarding processes in the mobile application.
– Continuously improve design based on analytics and user feedback.
– Ensure consistency of user experience across web and mobile platforms.
– Collaborate with developers for design implementation.
– Work closely with business teams to achieve common goals.
