ABOUT THE PROJECT

FPRT is a Danish company that develops and manufactures fuel and components for engines. Currently, the company is opening its first European production complex in Vojens, Southern Denmark.

REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.
– 7+ years of procurement experience in industry or production, ideally in the chemical, defense, or aerospace sectors.
– Significant experience sourcing technical materials and equipment.
– Proven supplier management and negotiation experience.
– Understanding of export control, REACH regulations, and ISO 9001/AQAP compliance.
– Fluent in ERP/MES procurement modules (preferably SAP).
– English language proficiency; knowledge of Danish or German is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Develop and implement procurement strategy according to production schedules and projects.
– Search, evaluate, and qualify suppliers of raw materials, components, and technical services (local and international).
– Manage the entire purchasing process cycle from RFQs and price negotiations to issuing POs, deliveries, and invoice approval.
– Ensure compliance with all procurement activities with export control rules, safety, and environmental regulations (REACH, dual-use materials, etc.).
– Lead negotiations for the best commercial terms while ensuring supplier reliability and compliance.
– Analyze costs and identify opportunities for reducing them without compromising safety or quality.
– Manage supplier contracts and service agreements.
