Senior Project Manager at ELEKS

ABOUT THE PROJECT

ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Poland, Croatia or Germany.

REQUIREMENTS

– 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management (preferably in application modernization or software development projects)
– Proven experience in presales activities (proposals, RFPs, workshops, client-facing presentations)
– Strong track record of successfully delivering fixed-price projects
– German language – C1 or higher (spoken & written)
– Business-level English
– Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
– NICE TO HAVE Experience in domains such as Energy, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Biotech
– Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master)
– Experience working with international teams across distributed locations (Poland, Croatia, Germany, or similar)
– Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Launch and manage new application re-engineering projects within the Business Unit
– Drive presales activities (discovery, estimations, proposals, client workshops)
– Oversee fixed-price projects: scope, budget, timeline, risk management
– Act as the main contact for German- and English-speaking clients
– Coordinate cross-functional teams
– Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project outcomes
– Contribute to PMO standards and best practices
– Mentor and support project teams
