REQUIREMENTS

– Preferably background from the airline industry (reservations, inventory systems, passenger management, ticketing, revenue management, loyalty and reward systems)
– Domain knowledge from the airline industry (airlines, hotels, travel agencies, car rental)
– Jira, Confluence, MS Office applications
– Agile-based methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
– REST API
– Some knowledge of the use of AI tools

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Identification and documentation of business needs for the significant players in the airline industry
– Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process description, use cases, scenarios, tasks, and workflow analysis
– Definition of a roadmap (product vision) and documentation of changes
– Change Requests – scoping and planning, Solution Documentation – preparation
– Close cooperation with the Architects, Developers
– Active participation in the refinement and planning sessions
– Creation of the context diagrams, flows, and activity diagrams
