Delivery Manager at Galaktica

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Galaktica is a Ukrainian product IT company that creates and promotes its own online projects in the most affluent markets of the world: USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, EU. The company has been operating for over 6 years and focuses on the development of a product IT holding and projects using artificial intelligence.

REQUIREMENTS

– You have 2+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager;
– Strong knowledge of various development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Scrum, Kanban);
– Ability to analyze team efficiency and propose improvements;
– Experience managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously;
– Experience with teams divided into Streams;
– Experience with Jira (reporting, automation, plugins);
– Ability to formulate technical tasks and assignments;
– Ability to plan and prioritize tasks;
– Ability to effectively interact with subordinates, line colleagues, and management.
– Plus: Ability to identify potential project risks;
– Skills in assessing financial costs for work;
– Experience in project budgeting;
– Experience with ScriptRunner;
– Relevant professional certifications (PMI, PMP, PSM).

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Deal with the delivery of tasks from the product team;
– Write and maintain textual documentation;
– Evaluate and analyze delivery quality;
– Establish the task delivery process;
– Optimize the work of the technical team;
– Provide recommendations to improve delivery processes in other products;
– Manage the development team;
– Analyze the efficiency of processes and the team;
– Collaborate with other project team members;
– Provide reports on the work of the development team.
