Advertising Payments & Treasury Manager Specialist at Galaktica

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Galaktica is a Ukrainian product IT company that creates and promotes its own IT products in the most lucrative markets: USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, EU. Our company and main product have been successful for over 5 years, allowing us to continue to grow and develop our employees. We are looking for an Advertising Payments & Treasury Manager Specialist for our finance team.

REQUIREMENTS

– Understanding of advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads
– Experience with payment systems and banks: EMI/banks, card issuance, limits, currency operations, payment consolidation
– Basic understanding of financial security: KYC/AML principles, risk transaction checks
– Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets: formulas, arrays, pivot tables, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, report automation
– Experience with advertising accounts and financial setups management: account structure, payment methods, access rights, platform policies
– At least 2 years of experience with corporate advertising expenses
– English proficiency at level B1 (written)

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Update balances and conduct payments.
– Collect and verify financial documents (invoices, acts, bank statements, payment confirmations, reconciliation documents).
– Manage payment tools and advertising accounts.
– Process bank, payment service, and advertising platform requests (including compliance).
– Generate reports, monitor commissions, and forecast budgets.
– Control balances and funding of advertising accounts, ensuring continuous campaign operations and testing alternative payment solutions.
