Payroll Specialist at Galaktica

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Galaktica is a Ukrainian IT product company creating high-level online projects for markets like the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, and EU. We have been successfully providing growth and development to our employees for over 5 years.

REQUIREMENTS

– Basic understanding of payroll processing.
– Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
– Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work.
– Strong communication skills.
– Ability to work efficiently with large amounts of data.
– High level of confidentiality.
– Self-organized, able to prioritize, and meet deadlines.
– Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
– English proficiency at B1 level.
– Experience in process analysis and optimization is a plus.
– Understanding of international payment systems is a plus.
– Ability to structure and document processes is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Prepare payroll and execute payments.
– Send regular updates to employees through Slack.
– Coordinate payment queries with employees.
– Conduct daily financial operations.
– Manage expenses and income in 1C.
– Monitor account balances and ensure timely top-ups.
