ABOUT THE PROJECT

Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has created a comic platform in an Asian style and has become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics — in just a few years, we gathered over 10 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proved that we can build a world-class product from Ukraine!

REQUIREMENTS

– 2+ years of experience in Meta direction
– Experience managing a User Acquisition team
– Proven track record of managing advertising budgets (from $100k monthly) on Tier1 markets
– Understanding key marketing metrics (CPA, CR, CPC, LTV, ROMI etc.) and the ability to analyze and evaluate the impact of actions on them
– Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Manage the UAM team: setting goals, prioritizing tasks, developing and mentoring the team
– Cross-functional collaboration with CEO, Head of UA, analysts, and product managers to achieve unified business goals
– Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns: tracking key metrics, preparing regular reports and recommendations
– Conduct experiments and tests: hypotheses, funnels, A/B tests, creatives, new channels, and approaches
– Responsibility for traffic profitability in your area and continuous optimization of results
