Motion Designer/Generalist at SharksCode

ABOUT THE PROJECT

We are expanding our team to transform our campaigns into real shows. We are opening the Motion Designer/Generalist role, who will add movement, drive, and a “WOW” effect.

REQUIREMENTS

– Experience in the role of motion designer for at least 2 years (in a studio, agency, or in-house team).
– High-level experience with After Effects, Adobe Premiere, including compositing, tracking, post-processing, working with templates and plugins.
– Skills in prompt engineering in AI tools: Chat GPT, Midjourney, Runway, Gemini, VEO 3, Kling AI and others.
– Skills in Photoshop / Illustrator for preparing graphics, textures, assets, etc.
– Good understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pace, and working with viewer attention.
– English comprehension exclusively in a work context.
– Experience in sound design and voice generation is a plus.
– Experience in 3D packages Cinema4D/Blender (Redshift/Cycle) is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Create visual content and motion scenes and integrate AI tools such as Midjourney, Leonardo, Kling, Hailuo, Runway, Sora and others.
– Create convincing prompts and build libraries to ensure stable quality of AI-generated materials across all projects.
– Integrate AI-generated elements: visuals, avatars, voiceovers.
– Improve already created scenes and videos in After Effects with compositing.
– Stay updated on new technologies and tools for motion and AI, test novelties and implement them in work.
– Collaborate with the art director, motion designers, graphic designers and other teams.
– Create or work on 3D scenes or elements for integration in further video clips if needed in the project.
