User Acquisition Manager at Futurra Group

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Futurra Group is a multi-product IT company with Ukrainian roots, focused on developing cross-platform products at the intersection of EdTech, AI, and Lifestyle. With over 100 million users globally, we aim to inspire women through personalized educational tools and practical resources.

REQUIREMENTS

– 1+ year experience with Meta Ads with budgets over $5k/day.
– Proficiency in analytics: dashboards, performance metrics, basic attribution, etc.
– Understanding of how marketing impacts retention, conversion, payment.
– Experience running A/B tests and analyzing results.
– Ability to work with creatives and share insights with the team.
– Residing in Kyiv (or planning to relocate) and comfortable with a hybrid work format.
– Experience in TikTok Ads and Google Ads is a plus.
– Familiarity with Mobile App/Subscription products is a plus.
– Leadership aspirations: coordination, mentoring, process building within the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Manage advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and additional channels with budgets of $10k+/day.
– Scale traffic and identify growth opportunities.
– Build a system of hypotheses and tests, quickly interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
– Strategy and optimization of ad setups: campaign structures, placements, budgets, and testing approaches.
