Middle User Acquisition Manager at Brainstack

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Brainstack is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company offering opportunities for candidates looking to scale their abilities and tackle challenging tasks. The company portfolio includes mobile and web applications with a million-strong audience, covering various niches like Parental Control, Wellness, and AI.

REQUIREMENTS

– 1+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager
– Experience managing large budgets (from $500k) in Tier 1 markets
– Strong expertise in Meta Ads and experience in TikTok Ads and Snapchat is a big plus
– Strong analytics skills: cohort analysis, LTV models, ROMI/ROAS; confident in Google Sheets/Looker/Tableau
– A/B testing of creatives, audiences, bidding, landing pages; design of experiments and interpretation of results
– Experience with subscription-based products targeting Tier 1 markets is mandatory
– Understanding of web-to-web acquisition is required

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Development and implementation of UA strategy for Web on Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
– Planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns under clear KPIs (CAC/CPA, ROAS/ROMI)
– Analysis and testing: conducting A/B tests at various stages of the sales funnel, from clicks to conversions, analyzing the effectiveness of creatives, and optimizing campaigns for improved results
– Collaboration with the creative team: joint work on creating and adapting creatives for different formats and audiences
– Competitive research and finding growth points: new audiences, placements, bundles, creative approaches.
