REQUIREMENTS

– 2+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX design;
– Ability to share an up-to-date portfolio;
– User-centered design skills, understanding user needs at all stages;
– Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma);
– Understanding of graphic design principles;
– Develop intuitive and appealing interfaces focusing on animation and micro-interactions;
– Experience creating responsive web designs optimized for various devices and platforms;
– Understanding A/B testing for determining the effectiveness of different design decisions;

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Work with the full user journey from web funnel to app activation and usage;
– Optimize payment page design to increase conversions;
– Design post-purchase experience, including upsells and integration of web applications with mobile;
– Develop onboarding process in the mobile application;
– Continuously improve design based on analytics data and user feedback;
– Ensure consistency of user experience between web and mobile platforms;
– Collaborate with developers to implement designs into final products;
– Work closely with business teams (marketers, product managers, analysts).
