REQUIREMENTS

– 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C IT company.
– Proven impact on product metrics: retention, engagement, activation.
– Experience working in a cross-functional team: design, analytics, engineering.
– Product thinking: ability to see the product as a holistic system, not just a set of features.
– Product discovery: deep understanding of users, hypothesis formation, problem validation.
– Product analytics: working with key metrics, experiments, interpreting data, and making decisions based on them.
– Clear formulation of requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria.
– End-to-end ownership: leading the product solution from idea to MLP release.
– Ability to make quick decisions in conditions of uncertainty and experiments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Implementing the mobile app product strategy (together with the Head of Product and Product team).
– Discovery & Product Thinking: generating hypotheses, identifying opportunities, researching user problems.
– Forming product concepts together with designers and engineers.
– Working with analysts and researchers on experiment design and metrics.
– Product Requirements & UX: creating feature vision: scenarios, constraints.
– Collaborating on UX, prototypes, and testing solutions with users.
– Roadmap & Prioritization: prioritizing backlog by impact and strategic value.
– Ensuring quality and delivering the product to MLP that brings value to users.
