AMО APPS is a Ukrainian IT product company that helps millions of people worldwide change their lives through healthy habits. REQUIREMENTS
– Experience in recruitment from 3 years
– Experience conducting interviews: understanding various formats (structured, competency-based, situational) and ability to make quality candidate assessments
– Analytical thinking: ability to work with data, see trends, identify bottlenecks, and suggest solutions for increasing recruitment efficiency
– Proactivity and initiative: readiness to seek new paths and test approaches to achieve goals
– Flexibility: ability to quickly adapt to changes and new priorities
– Responsibility: independence in work and result-oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Full-cycle recruitment — from kick-off meeting to offer, with full responsibility for each stage. You will manage up to 4 positions of varying levels and challenges simultaneously, so it’s important to allocate resources wisely.
– Partnership with the business. You will not only address tactical issues but also help build a long-term recruitment strategy to attract the best talent.
– Analytics and efficiency. Analyzing funnels, conversions, identifying points of growth, and solutions for increasing process efficiency.
