AMО APPS is a Ukrainian product IT company that helps millions of people around the world change their lives through healthy habits. Our mobile applications — MadMuscles, Harna, and Unimeal — provide expert support in nutrition, training, and recovery, helping users reach new heights and feel better every day.
REQUIREMENTS
– Experience in recruitment from 1 year
– Understanding of the full recruitment cycle: from receiving a request to the offer
– Experience in sourcing candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job sites, referrals), and readiness to learn how to choose effective channels depending on the task
– Experience conducting recruitment interviews and initial assessment of candidate suitability
– Good written and oral communication skills
– Proactivity and curiosity: willingness and readiness to quickly learn, try new approaches, ask questions, and suggest ideas
– Willingness to take responsibility for tasks and gradually grow in independence

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Work with the full cycle of recruitment — from the first message to the candidate to the offer
– Gain experience with various positions: Tech, Product, Marketing
– Build partnerships with hiring managers: from clarifying needs to joint decision-making
– Improve processes: analyze the recruitment funnel, identify weaknesses, suggest ideas, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
