ABOUT THE PROJECT
EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 200 customers worldwide. REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;
– 3–5+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles;
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus);
– Proven experience with digital marketing channels and content management;
– Experience in PR, branding, and campaign management;
– Strong project management and organizational skills;
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
– Analytical mindset with experience using marketing performance metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with company goals;
– Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent tone of voice across all internal and external communications;
– Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR, events, content, etc.);
– Oversee content creation for websites, social media, newsletters, presentations, and marketing materials;
– Lead corporate communications, including internal communications, announcements, and employer branding;
– Manage media relations, PR activities, and relationships with agencies and external vendors;
– Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization;
– Coordinate with product, sales, HR, and leadership teams to support business initiatives;
– Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources;
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

WHAT WE OFFER
– Start with 24 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 34 days by your fifth year with us;
– Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year;
