ABOUT THE PROJECT
SharksCode is a licensed IT company from Ukraine that develops efficient and reliable innovative services. The company specializes in creating high-tech software solutions and platforms in B2B.
REQUIREMENTS
– 3+ years of experience as Product Manager / Retention Manager / Gamification Manager
– 1–2 years of experience in previous roles as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Project Manager.
– Successful experience in launching features to production and analyzing their impact.
– Confident use of analytical tools (GA, BI, HotJar, etc.).
– Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and take responsibility for results.
– Systematic approach to problem-solving, generating solutions, forming OKRs, and working with metrics.
– Deep understanding of online casino processes (games, bonuses, promos, payments) is a plus.
– Experience in creating new products or scaling existing ones.
– Knowledge of CRM processes, segmentation, and personalization.
– Experience with Smartico is a plus.
– Certificates from courses (asta.academy, HardSkillsforPM) are a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Lead the full development cycle of features: from market and user analysis to launch and evaluation of results.
– Identify growth points of the product through market research, competitors, and user behavior.
– Generate hypotheses to improve key metrics (MAU, ARPU, LTV, etc.).
– Work at the intersection of marketing, CRM, and product – jointly create campaigns, personal offers, and in-product interactions.
– Formulate requirements, describe tasks, and present solutions to the team.
– Make decisions based on data: user behavior, analytics and feedback, personal experience, A/B testing, etc.
– Adhere to deadlines and inform the team about changes and updates.
– Identify growth points of the product through market research, competitors, and user behavior.
– Generate hypotheses to improve key metrics (MAU, ARPU, LTV, etc.).
– Work at the intersection of marketing, CRM, and product – jointly create campaigns, personal offers, and in-product interactions.
– Formulate requirements, describe tasks, and present solutions to the team.
– Make decisions based on data: user behavior, analytics and feedback, personal experience, A/B testing, etc.
– Adhere to deadlines and inform the team about changes and updates.
