ABOUT THE PROJECT
Futurra Group is a multi-product IT company with Ukrainian roots. Since 2016, we have been creating cross-platform products at the intersection of EdTech, AI, and Lifestyle.
REQUIREMENTS
– Experience with Meta Ads for at least 2 years and handling budgets from $5k/day.
– Ability to work with analytics: dashboards, performance metrics, basic attribution.
– Understanding how marketing impacts retention, conversion, and payment — and the ability to explain it.
– Experience with A/B testing and analysis of results.
– Ability to work with creatives: determining what works and forming insights for the team.
– Experience with TikTok Ads and Google Ads is a plus.
– Experience with Mobile App / Subscription products is a plus.
– Experience as a leader: coordination, mentoring, building processes in a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and implement UA strategy in Meta.
– Optimize advertising setups: build and improve campaign structure, work with placements, budgets, test various approaches, adapt to algorithms.
– Build a system of hypotheses and tests, quick interpretation of results, decision-making based on data.
– Close collaboration with the creative team to test hypotheses and analyze results.
– Management of the acquisition team, setting goals and mentoring.
