FIT is an assessment of the suitability of your profile for the job. Takes into account stack, level of experience, salary expectations, work format, knowledge of languages. FIT 80% is a very strong match, 70-79% is worth submitting, below 70% is probably not for you.

No, it's optional. You can simply view vacancies on the website through your profile. But it is more convenient with the Telegram bot: vacancies come to the chat immediately, you can respond in one click, and you yourself control the FIT threshold.
