• Skills:
• 5+ years in Contract Management, CPQ/CLM, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations within SaaS, tech, or marketplace companies
• Strong knowledge of the contract lifecycle: quoting, pricing, deal structuring, approvals, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations
• Hands-on experience with CPQ/CLM tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Zuora CPQ, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or Ironclad
• Experience with complex pricing models: volume-based, tiered, bundled, ramp, custom, and multi-year agreements
• Experience managing approval workflows, deal desk governance, and delegation frameworks

Requirements We are looking for a Contract Management Contractor to serve as a subject-matter expert and hands-on contributor within the Quote to Cash domain. This role focuses on the upstream commercial processes: the systems, workflows, and governance that power how Indeed generates quotes, structures deals, creates and executes contracts, manages terms and amendments, and ensures contractual obligations flow accurately into downstream billing and revenue systems. You will work at the intersection of Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to ensure that Indeed's contract management infrastructure supports deal velocity, compliance, and accurate translation of commercial intent into operational reality.
