Performance Marketing Department, an analytical and execution-focused group dedicated to building scalable, data-driven acquisition systems across global markets. As part of the Acquisition subteam, your primary focus will be managing and optimizing multi-channel paid media performance while systematically improving efficiency through automation and AI-enabled workflows. Your core challenge will be scaling acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging traffic sources while continuously improving unit economics through disciplined experimentation, attribution accuracy, and automated decision systems, directly contributing to Weltrade’s mission of enabling efficient and accessible global trading.

We are looking for a professional who is self-sufficient, highly analytical, and comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, high-ownership environment.You Have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in high-volume acquisition environments Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads, including campaign scaling and optimization Strong analytical capability, including attribution, funnel analysis, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention metrics, and cohort reporting Experience with marketing automation and API-based campaign management systems, including workflow optimization and integration work Practical use of AI tools in marketing operations, plus the ability to work effectively with English-language platforms, documentation, and analytics systems

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in iGaming, fintech, crypto, betting, or other high-volume performance-driven environments Hands-on knowledge of Python, SQL, BI tools, AppsFlyer/Adjust, and marketing measurement frameworks (MMM, incrementality, uplift analysis) Experience building AI-driven workflows, creative automation pipelines, or internal marketing tools using LLMs or agent-based systems
