We’ve built proprietary platforms like our Offshore Intelligence Platform (OIP) that give clients real-time visibility into their offshore operations, and we’re doubling down on AI to make that intelligence even more powerful. We’re looking for an AI Ops Engineer, GTM to sit at the intersection of sales, product, and AI engineering. This isn’t a traditional marketing ops or CRM admin role.
You’ll be building agents, automation workflows, data pipelines, and AI-powered tools that turn TurnKey’s unique market position into tangible, differentiated assets our clients and prospects actually want. You’ll report to the CRO/VP of Sales and work closely with business development, account management, and leadership.
What You’ll Own Offshore Intelligence Platform Evolution & Automation Maintain, extend, and automate the OIP, our core client-facing intelligence product Build new data layers, signal feeds, and insight modules that make the platform more valuable over time Identify new categories of insight TurnKey is uniquely positioned to deliver to PE firms and portfolio companies AI-Powered GTM Asset Development Design and build new AI tools and workflows that create tangible value for clients
think automated benchmarking reports, market signal digests, talent intelligence summaries Answer the question: what does TurnKey know that our clients would pay to understand? and build the product that delivers it Build outbound and sales enablement automation on top of Clay, Apollo, and Pipedrive using AI agent workflows SEO & Content Intelligence Automation Build an SEO automation layer on top of existing platforms
from keyword intelligence to automated content briefs to performance monitoring Create pipelines that generate and distribute content-driven insights at scale CRM Intelligence & Sales Tooling Enrich and maintain Pipedrive as a living intelligence system, not just a record- keeper Build AI layers that surface the right account signals to the right sellers at the right time Automate rep-facing tools like pre-call briefs, account summaries, and deal context
- Hands-on experience building AI agent workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar Comfort using Claude, GPT, or other LLMs
- including Claude Code
- to build workflows and automation from scratch, not just configure templates Experience with Clay, Apollo, or similar data enrichment / outbound tooling Ability to design and ship tools end-to-end: from “here’s the insight we want to deliver” to working product Strong product instinct
- you think about what’s valuable to the user, not just what’s technically possible Scrappiness and low ego
