In this role, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our enterprise integration ecosystem.

Working closely with a Lead Engineer, you will serve as the operational backbone for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining cloud-based middleware solutions built on Azure Integration Services (AIS). This position includes participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure continuous business operations.ResponsibilitiesPlatform Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor the health, performance, and throughput of Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management (APIM), Event Grid, and Azure Data FactoryIncident & Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve integration failures, message bottlenecks, and data synchronization issues using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application InsightsOn-Call Operations: Actively participate in a 24/7 on-call shift rotation to handle critical P1/P2 production incidents outside standard business hours, with the ability to escalate complex architectural issues to the Lead EngineerAPI Operations: Manage the lifecycle of APIs in Azure APIM, including securing endpoints, managing products/subscriptions, and troubleshooting routing issuesMessage Queue Management: Administer Azure Service Bus queues and topics, managing dead-letter queues (DLQs), repairing and resubmitting failed messagesAccess & Security Compliance: Maintain secure connections by managing Managed Identities, Microsoft Entra ID permissions, API keys, and SSL/TLS certificatesDeployment Support: Assist with the deployment of integration artifacts across environments (Dev, Test, Prod) using Azure DevOps pipelinesDocumentation & Runbooks: Standardize operational workflows by creating and maintaining technical support documentation and incident runbooksRequired Technical SkillsClo
