REQUIREMENTS
– Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, coordination, or a people-facing role (internships and student projects count)
– English B2 minimum – B2+ and above preferred
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
– Candidate-first mindset and high sense of confidentiality
– Proactive and curious – you ask questions, follow up, and take initiative within your area of responsibility
– Comfortable working in a multicultural, fully remote environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
– Build and maintain talent pools for current and future tech roles
– Support salary benchmarking and market research
– Review profiles and run pre-screening calls to assess skills, experience, and motivation
– Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with hiring managers
– Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate on candidates
– Handle job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications
– Ensure every candidate has a smooth, positive experience – clear communication, timely feedback
– Help document recruiting processes and workflows as the team grows
– Take ownership of assigned roles and contribute to team improvements
