ABOUT THE PROJECT

Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset, helping businesses optimize their spending on SaaS, cloud services, and corporate cards. This role is perfect for students or early-career candidates who want to learn by doing.

REQUIREMENTS

– Basic understanding of how email works (domains, inboxes; Gmail / Google Workspace is a plus)
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Willingness to learn technical processes and follow clear instructions
– Good self-organization and responsibility in a part-time setup
– English level B2+
– Experience with email tools or providers (Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.) is a plus
– Basic familiarity with SPF, DKIM, DMARC (we’ll teach you)
– Interest in Sales, SDR processes, or email outreach

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Setting up domains for clients
– Configuring email inboxes based on client requirements (fully manual process: from purchasing licenses to setting up and adding inboxes to Google Workspace)
– Running daily spam tests
– Supporting SDR teams by reviewing and advising on: email campaign settings, sending limits, basic email deliverability best practices
– Researching new email deliverability insights upon manager’s request (updates, best practices, tools, and changes in email provider rules)
