ABOUT THE PROJECT
VinciAI is an early-stage product moving fast, and we need someone who moves just as fast. You’ll be working directly with the CEO, owning growth initiatives and helping us land and support our first major clients. No hand-holding, no waiting for instructions — just results.
REQUIREMENTS
– Are 2–4 years into your career and already tired of slow-moving companies
– Speak Ukrainian fluently
– Are genuinely obsessed with AI tools and how to use them creatively
– Have startup or operator experience — even a side project counts
– Figure things out on your own and bring solutions, not problems

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Hunt for creative growth opportunities — think scraping GitHub for lookalike users, finding distribution hacks, building outbound lists from scratch
– Run outbound campaigns and experiment with new acquisition channels
– Support onboarding and communication with Ukrainian-speaking clients (banks and enterprise)
– Help shape how we operate as we scale
