Spendbase is a fintech SaaS helping companies take control of their business spending – vendor negotiations, corporate payments, all in one place. We’re scaling globally and building a product finance teams actually love.

REQUIREMENTS

– 1-3 years in a creative marketing role with a portfolio that has actually performed
– Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads – you know the formats and nuances
– You’ve worked with $20K+ monthly ad budgets
– Data-driven – you let evidence guide what gets made next
– You use AI tools like Claude or Midjourney as a natural part of your workflow
– B2+ English – creative output and team collaboration happen in English daily

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Develop and own creative strategy across paid social and search
– Lead concept development end-to-end – briefs, copy, collaboration with designers
– Run creative experiments with the paid team – test, learn, scale
– Research competitors and bring fresh angles to avoid creative fatigue
– Monitor performance and turn data into better, sharper creatives
