ABOUT THE PROJECT

Spendbase is a fintech SaaS helping companies take control of their business spending – vendor negotiations, corporate payments, all in one place.

REQUIREMENTS

– 1-3 years in marketing, growth, or customer-facing roles (SaaS/fintech is a plus, not a must)
– You ask good questions, listen well, and turn messy feedback into clear insights
– Comfortable with data – you connect qualitative signals to quantitative outcomes
– B2+ English – you’ll be talking to customers and representing the brand directly
– You use AI tools as a natural part of your workflow
– Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot, Community building experience, Familiarity with fintech, payments, or banking products

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Run customer interviews and feedback sessions – become the person who truly understands our users
– Spot friction in support flows and turn it into product and growth opportunities
– Partner with product to unlock activation and retention levers
– Give the paid team real customer language that makes ads and landing pages actually convert
– Build community around the product and turn happy users into organic growth
