REQUIREMENTS
– 4+ years of proven, continuous experience as HR Business Partner within a dynamic, fast-paced software development environment.
– Mature understanding of the HRBP role with a strong business- and data-driven mindset.
– Demonstrated experience in Change Management.
– Advanced expertise in HR Analytics.
– Strong background in Employee Relations.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills.
– Strategic understanding of modern tech environments.
– Education: preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Management.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Act as a strategic partner to Middle and Senior Management.
– Drive HR analytics initiatives by leveraging workforce data.
– Oversee comprehensive change programs.
– Anticipate, evaluate, and mitigate HR risks.
– Support dedicated Business Units in the Performance review, Promotion, and Compensation management processes.
– Regularly review, influence, and execute employee experience strategies.
– Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
– Coordinate with internal functions inside and outside the People org.
– Drive HR analytics initiatives by leveraging workforce data.
