REQUIREMENTS
– 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development roles
– Hands-on experience managing and utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
– Background working in an IT/Product/Software Development company environment
– Proven experience managing tech-focused T&D programs, specifically technical certification pathways
– Familiarity with major tech certification ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Anthropic)
– Strong project management and organizational skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2)
– Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
– Bonus points for experience in developing competency matrices and identifying necessary resources to complete them with learning resources
– Knowledge of adult learning theories or instructional design principles
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Design, launch, and manage the end-to-end framework for technical certifications across engineering roles
– Administer the Leapsome LMS, including user access, course library management, and tool integrations
– Design and maintain Learning Paths tailored to business needs
– Expand and maintain the learning content library
– Prepare custom reports and analytics upon stakeholder request
– Develop learning programs for different roles and seniority levels
– Oversee all aspects of learning event logistics
– Manage the end-to-end training cycle for Corporate English Program
– Collaborate with the Brand Team to create promotional materials and manage event logistics
– Contribute to shared T&D activities
– Support teams by advising on relevant learning formats, platforms, and resources
