ABOUT THE PROJECT
We’re looking for a Delivery Leader to drive the execution of software development and/or validation projects in embedded and networking domains. We offer a collaborative environment with open and transparent communication, well-established processes, a minimum of formalities and a maximum of trust. Join PLVision, a company with an in-demand specialization in computer networking, and secure your professional future.

– Drive scope management: clarify requirements, influence solution options, lead estimation, and run change control when scope shifts.
– Lead delivery planning and execution: manage roadmaps and milestones, track dependencies, plan releases, and provide transparent status reporting.
– Proactively manage risks, issues, and blockers, ensuring swift escalation and mitigation.
– Partner with technical leaders to ensure engineering excellence, quality gates, and delivery readiness.
– Manage customer communication: handle expectation management, provide progress updates, and align on priorities and trade-offs.
– Track and manage the financial health of delivery (budget tracking, burn forecast, and profitability levers in cooperation with leadership).
– Track and analyze delivery KPIs (predictability, quality, customer satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement initiatives together with technical and delivery stakeholders.
– Support team performance practices: align goals, establish feedback loops, monitor engagement signals, and improve collaboration.
– Participate in pre-sales/discovery when needed: lead scoping workshops, define delivery approaches, formulate staffing assumptions, and frame risks.
