ABOUT THE PROJECT
PLVision is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join us as a Senior Lead Generation Manager. In this role, you will drive the lead generation strategy for our advanced computer networking software products and services, attracting, qualifying, and converting high-quality leads into sales-ready opportunities.
As a key member of a marketing team, you will work closely with sales and business development departments, and align market demand with go-to-market strategy and business growth. You will operate in a B2B environment, helping position PLVision as a trusted technology partner for leading players in the global networking industry. REQUIREMENTS
– Hands-on experience with lead qualification and nurturing programs
– Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools
– Experience in building and maintaining targeted account and contact lists based on defined ICP (ideal customer profile) criteria and campaign objectives
– Strong background in market research, including data collection from multiple sources, with the ability to synthesize findings into clear summaries and actionable recommendations.
– Strong analytical skills
– Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
– Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and technology trends
– Forward-thinking and creative approach to marketing, with a strong interest in industry trends and emerging technologies
– Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and sales teams
– English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (written and spoken)
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Qualify marketing leads, and nurture them through the sales funnel using follow-up activities aimed to identify their business needs and set-up introductory sales call.
– Conduct various types of marketing research, including target market and industry research, company and account research, Ideal Customer Profile and Buyer Personas analysis, competitor overview, and identification of relevant use cases and trends.
– Assist in researching and compiling a list of relevant industry events, analyzing audiences, topics, and participants, and supporting CFP deadline tracking.
– Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy of leads, contacts, companies, activity history, and lead statuses.
– Support the preparation and execution of outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, and other channels), including list preparation, messaging support, campaign launching, and performance tracking.
– Build and maintain targeted lists of companies and contacts based on defined ICP criteria, and campaign objectives.
– Identify and add new companies and contacts to the database, enrich existing records with relevant information, and keep data up to date.
