ABOUT THE PROJECT
The company is developing a cloud-based management platform for the food & beverage industry. The product helps businesses streamline daily operations, including supply chain management, procurement, production workflows, customer orders, and operational analytics.
– We are looking for Senior React Developer who enjoys building real-world products with strong ownership and direct impact on users.
– This is an opportunity to join a growing B2B SaaS platform in the food operations space, working on both a modern React web application and a mobile app used in day-to-day operational workflows.
– The team is small, fast-moving, and highly product-oriented, with engineers closely involved in feature development, technical decisions, and AI-augmented development processes.

REQUIREMENTS
– Solid React + TypeScript in production.
– Comfortable shipping features in a codebase you didn’t write.
– Strong product instincts – you can turn a rough spec into something users can actually use.
– Strong debugging instincts. You can trace an issue from the UI down to the API call and isolate it.
– Working English, sufficient for async written communication and live calls with the team.
– AI-tooling fluency. You use Claude Code (or equivalent) daily to navigate codebases and ship features faster, and you can tell the difference between when AI is helping you ship and when it’s making things worse.
– Comfortable working on a small team where you operate what you build.
– Nice to have: Production experience with Capacitor or another hybrid mobile framework.
– Prior B2B SaaS frontend experience.
– Experience working on a small, AI-augmented engineering team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Build new features end-to-end in the management web app and the Capacitor field app – from API integration to UI to shipping.
– Take product specs and turn them into shipped frontend code, making sensible UX and implementation calls along the way.
– Debug issues across the stack to the API boundary – reading backend code (Django + DRF + Ninja) to understand what an endpoint does, and coordinating with the backend engineer when something needs to change.
– Work in an existing several-year-old React codebase: some parts well-factored, some parts not. You’ll improve what you touch.
– Maintain and ship updates to the Capacitor + React field app on Android.
– Handle multi-currency and money-handling code carefully – it’s real logic, not throwaway.
– Operate what you ship. There is no separate QA or DevOps function.
