ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our client provides is a stable and fast-growing start-up operating in an exciting new segment of the social gaming industry.
REQUIREMENTS
– Familiarity with the online gaming industry and trends in affiliate marketing.
– Outgoing approachable person who can fit into a social team.
– Experience of working in a sales-orientated and target driven environment is essential.
– Good negotiation skills.
– Ability to build excellent working relationships internally and externally.
– Highly enthusiastic and motivated.
– Able to multitask and meet key deadlines and targets.
– A team player with strong communication skills (both verbal & written).
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
– Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
– Highly customer-focused and experienced in managing key accounts.
– Fluent in English. Additional languages will be considered as a plus.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
– Proven track record of driving growth and achieving KPIs in affiliate marketing.
– Flexibility to travel, depending on business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Actively searching for – and acquiring – new Affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network.
– Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the support and resources needed to drive results.
– Maintain personal networks by participating in conferences and industry events, to represent Silver Social and seek new opportunities.
– Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics to measure campaigns’ effectiveness and continuously optimize deals /campaigns.
– Ownership of affiliate technical, commercial and operational issues.
– Conduct regular audits of affiliate sites to ensure quality and respect for the guidelines.
– General understanding of types of affiliate traffic sources (PPC, SEO, Social Media, In-app, etc).
– Work hand in hand with the CRM and VIP department for overall KPI insights & alignment.
– Design and execute campaigns to increase player traffic and conversion rates. (Customized Affiliate Landing Pages or Promotions)
– Visit affiliate conferences and travel to meet key affiliates as required.
– Weekly Updates to management, highlighting progress on contract status’, onboarding affiliates, BAU KPI”s, Promotions/Custom Landing Pages productions (when applicable).
