Your mission: make the app the main touchpoint for existing users and unlock new mobile-first acquisition channels. You’ll own everything end-to-end: roadmap, experiments, growth metrics, and product evolution together with marketing, design, engineering, and analytics. We move fast, test boldly, and aim high.

Check the details below 😉 📍 What to Do Own the mobile product roadmap end-to-end — from discovery to launch to post-launch optimisation Drive retention of the existing user base through the app: onboarding into mobile, habit formation, push & in-app communication strategy, feature parity decisions vs. web Identify and build mobile-native acquisition loops: ASO, referral mechanics, deep linking, paid UA collaborations with marketing Define and own primary mobile KPIs: D1/D7/D30 retention, DAU/MAU, install-to-activation conversion, session frequency, and the metrics that tie the app back to overall business goals Run continuous discovery: user interviews, store reviews analysis, funnel deep-dives, competitive teardowns of mobile-first players in our space Design and run A/B tests across onboarding, core flows, paywall/monetisation surfaces, and notification strategy Work with marketing on ASO, paid UA creatives, and attribution setup; partner with growth/CRM on lifecycle campaigns Regularly analyze the app’s performance and identify ways to improve its impact on user retention and acquisition 🦸 Your Superpowers 3+ years in product management, with at least 2 years owning a mobile product (iOS/Android) — ideally one you took from early stage to scale Proven track record of moving retention metrics (D7/D30, stickiness, session frequency) on a mobile product Hands-on experience with mobile growth: ASO, push notification strategy, deep linking, referral mechanics, attribution (AppsFlyer / Adjust / Branch or similar) Strong analytical skills: Amplitude or equivalent, A/B testing, cohort and funnel analysis Comfort working with both retention and acquisition problems — you understand they’re different jobs requiring different approaches A strong view of what good mobile design means and how it differs from web Excellent stakeholder management — you’ll be the connective tissue between marketing, engineering, design, and analytics Fluent English 🍪 Team Perks PRO&BRO team you’ll love creating new gaming universes with Totally remote work from wherever you grind An equipment budget to upgrade your home office Flexible schedule with no time trackers since we just focus on results A performance-based bonus twice a year for eve
