We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Consultant to support technical interviews. This role requires a strong consultative mindset and deep expertise in building scalable intranet environments within Microsoft 365.

Deep expertise in SharePoint Online (hub sites, communication sites, document libraries, metadata, etc.) Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrations (Teams, OneDrive, etc.) Solid knowledge of SharePoint search, indexing, permissions, content types, and governance setup Experience with SharePoint Online limitations (e.g., 5,000 item view threshold, scripting restrictions) Proven ability to design scalable intranet architecture using out-of-the-box SharePoint components Strong competency in UX strategy and intranet user journey design Experience with low-code or light scripting solutions (e.g., Power Automate, JSON formatting) is a plus
