REQUIREMENTS
- Developer ready to take full responsibility for finalizing and stabilizing an ambitious AI/Data platform.The project is currently at the “final 20%” stage—where the core functionality is built, but architectural gaps and technical debt are hindering the official release

- You are responsible for the system’s stability and performance
- Architectural Oversight: Auditing the current state of the platform, identifying the root causes of recurring issues, and implementing long-term fixes
- Delivery Leadership: Streamlining development processes so the team can move predictably toward product launch
- Hands-on Development: Writing mission-critical code, particularly regarding AI integrations and complex data processing
- Our Backend: Python (FastAPI), complex API development
- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
- Data: Postgres, Vector DB (for RAG), Graph DB, S3
- AI/LLM: OpenAI, LangChain / LangGraph, RAG-based approaches
- Infra: AWS, Terraform, Boto3
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE Experience: 6+ years in Full- development, with a strong focus on Python and modern Frontend frameworks
- AI Expertise: Practical experience with LangChain/LangGraph and building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
- Data Engineering Mindset: Understanding the specifics of scraping-heavy systems and working with diverse databases (Vector, Graph)
- Leadership: Proven experience in team management or technical mentoring
- The ability to integrate quickly into an existing team and implement changes confidently yet collaboratively
- English: Professional proficiency for direct client communication and technical leadership
