REQUIREMENTS
– 1+ years of experience in legal, compliance, regulatory, or related areas and/or a degree in Law
– Advanced written and spoken English (B2+)
– Strong analytical and research skills
– Excitement in working with policies, regulations, and large volumes of information
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Basic understanding of intellectual property protection and enforcement processes
– Basic understanding of consumer protection principles and subscription-related regulations
– Proactive approach to problem-solving
– Self-starter, go-getter, and multitasker thriving in a fast-paced environment
– Systematic and detail-oriented mindset
– Previous experience working in tech, mobile apps, SaaS, or subscription-based products (would be a plus)
– Experience in data protection and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) (would be a plus)
– Familiarity with app review and ad moderation processes, as well as platform moderation systems (would be a plus)
– Understanding of advertising compliance and performance marketing ecosystems (would be a plus)
– Experience creating internal documentation, workflows, and process improvements (would be a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Ensure compliance of mobile and web product content, as well as marketing materials, with applicable regulations and platform policies (Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
– Consult cross-functional teams on platform requirements, regulatory obligations, and compliance best practices
– Monitor updates in platform policies and regulatory frameworks, proactively adapting internal processes and workflows
– Develop internal compliance policies, checklists, guidelines, and educational materials
– Conduct compliance trainings and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams
– Protect the company’s intellectual property rights by identifying and reporting infringing content
– Perform ad hoc research related to compliance, platform policies, regulations, and industry trends
– Support the day-to-day operations of the compliance department and collaborate closely with product, marketing, support, and legal teams
– Consult cross-functional teams on platform requirements, regulatory obligations, and compliance best practices
