REQUIREMENTS
– 6+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Golang
– Proven track record of designing and building scalable, high-load, and high-performance distributed systems
– Deep understanding of software architecture principles (e.g., Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture) and clean code practices
– Robust API design skills (REST, gRPC) with a focus on maintainability and backward compatibility
– Strong practical experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL
– Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern CI/CD pipelines
– Strong proficiency in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensuring data consistency across distributed storage
– Experience with observability tooling (metrics, logging, tracing) to monitor and optimize system health
– Ability to work independently, take full ownership of features, and deliver end-to-end solutions
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with internal product and engineering teams
– Proficiency in using AI coding assistants and AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to optimize daily workflows
– Familiarity with other programming languages, particularly JavaScript/TypeScript or Python would be a plus
– Understanding of Platform Engineering concepts: building internal developer platforms (IDPs), shared libraries, or core services that scale across autonomous teams
– Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CDK to manage the infrastructure of your own services

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Design and develop maintainable and scalable backend services and APIs using Golang
– Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (Unit, Integration tests)
– Build reliable and high-performing distributed systems, ensuring they meet performance benchmarks
– Integrate with external APIs and third-party services effectively
– Design backend architectures capable of supporting and integrating AI/ML workflows and intelligent agent services
– Ensure data consistency and reliability across distributed storage systems, working with modern event-driven architectures and streaming platforms
– Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (Unit, Integration tests)
– Build reliable and high-performing distributed systems, ensuring they meet performance benchmarks
– Integrate with external APIs and third-party services effectively
– Design backend architectures capable of supporting and integrating AI/ML workflows and intelligent agent services
– Ensure data consistency and reliability across distributed storage systems, working with modern event-driven architectures and streaming platforms
