ABOUT THE PROJECT
HR Administration Specialist (Military Records) – Gismart. The role requires a hybrid work format, as it will be necessary to exchange and transfer documentation (all documents are stored in the office). This is a fairly specific role, yet one that requires a great deal of creative thinking: developing internal regulatory documents and documentation templates.
REQUIREMENTS
– Experience in HR records management and military records management
– Confident use of any basic Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to work with government platforms (Diia, Pension Fund)

RESPONSIBILITIES
– HR records: issuing orders (hiring/dismissal), drafting employment contracts, and maintaining personal files
– Development of internal regulatory documents (job descriptions, staffing schedules, etc.)
– Business travel: preparing and developing documents related to employee business trips
– Military records: full management of the area (maintaining lists, submitting data to the TCC, reconciliations with the TCC)
– Monitoring legislative changes in the field of HR records and military records management
