ABOUT THE PROJECT

Luvly is a tech-powered natural face care app offering expert-led face yoga and face massage routines. A safe and effective alternative to cosmetic treatments, Luvly helps users sculpt their facial features, reduce wrinkles, and achieve glowing skin naturally. Luvly’s mission is to help people feel beautiful and confident in their skin at any age — without invasive treatments.

REQUIREMENTS

– Strong management skills, including strategic thinking, goal setting, and team development
– 2+ years of experience with mobile applications
– Strong understanding of animation principles, video editing, composition, and color theory
– Knowledge of AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, and others)
– Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
– Understanding of performance marketing metrics
– Interest in social media trends, design innovations, and new AI tools for creating fresh, engaging, and trend-driven content
– Team management experience would be a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Conduct 1-1 calls with the team to assess completed tasks from the previous week
– Evaluate completed work, including discussion, setting of story points, and verification of task completion (in alignment with the process)
– Perform quality control, including technical assessment and performance evaluation
– Documentation: maintain accurate records of completed tasks, monitor the execution of all KPIs, and perform analysis
– Report on any issues or questions based on team comments and feedback
